Moorside Rooms is a clean and comfortable guest house offering a mix of Bed & Breakfast and Room Only board in Borve, Portree, Isle of Skye. Moorside is also home to Sam, her two older children and Haggis, their friendly pet cat. Sam has been managing guest accommodation and hosting guests on the beautiful Isle of Skye for over 12 years.
Breakfast is not included as standard, however a Free Complimentary Continental Breakfast will be provided in your room for the first morning of your stay. The rest of your stay will be Room Only.
Our rural location is very central for exploring Skye and only 4 miles from the island's capital Portree. A car is essential to reach us and so you can explore the island as much as possible during your stay and at your own pace. We offer free private guest parking right outside our front door, free WIFI and operate a Self Check In process.
The ground floor has three guest rooms, a Twin Ensuite, Double Ensuite and a Flexible Room (set as Twin or Double) with a private shower outside room. On the first floor you will find the Large Family Room for 4 persons (private shower outside room). Find out more about our rooms Accommodation.
