Room 4: Large Family Room (max 4 persons) with Private Shower Room next door. 1 x Kingsize Bed and 2 x Single Beds (Max 4 Pers + 1 Infant in travel cot)
All rooms have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities & hospitality tray, hairdryer and single use complimentry toiletries. Rates include a freshly prepared 'Continental Breakast To Go', however, a wee table has been provided if you prefer to eat your breakfast in your room. A Hot Breakfast Roll is included during the Autumn/Winter months. Vegan, Gluten Free & Dairy Free options are also available. All bedding is professionally laundered at high temperatures and all mattress/pillow protectors & blankets freshly replaced in between guests.
Keys to bedrooms are sanitised in between guests and the Access Code for the Main Front Door will be emailed to you before arrival.
Rooms will no longer be serviced during your stay but you will be able to contact Sam for items you need replenished or to answer any questions. Please note we have a pet cat called, Haggis.

- Use the sanitisers at the entrance and throughout the property in addition to regularly washing their hands
- Be respectful to other guests in the communal entrance hall and observe social distancing
- NOT travel to Moorside Rooms if in the 7 days leading up to their stay they have had any of the following symptoms – a new or continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss of taste or smell. If this happens, free cancellation will apply up until 24 hours before your arrival date. After this time you will be charged
